Compiles market assessment reports based on first- and second-hand sources. Managing the overhaul of the US Market Access Center website from a set of static pages to a dynamic resource for companies wishing to enter Silicon Valley.

Responded to user help requests about Google Client products – including Google Desktop, Google Toolbar and Google Pack. Responsible, along with another co-chair, for the oversight of SJEC, a student-run club on campus.  Ensured that events were planned and executed by one of the officers.  Helped ensure smooth communication with two Japanese university-sponsored English-speaking clubs. Led weekly meetings for the officers and participants. Resolved any conflicts or crises that arose.  Designed and maintained the club’s main webpage as the portal of information for the members and participants of the club.
