It's everyone's favorite eternally-smiling, heavenly-gifted, psychopathic speed demon!!!! Seta Soujirou! (or Sou-kun for short)  This one's decent (tho it doesn't hold a candle to my Enishi or Kenshin pix)... nothing too spectacular here either (geez I really fit my description on the home page don't I?)... I really like the folds of his clothing... but anyway...
