Well, [...] the symbols in the upper right corner say "Battoujutsu" which means the art of drawing a sword. I first saw the attack in the comic Rurouni Kenshin and it is an attack where the fighter places his sword back into his scabbard and draws it out at a lightning fast speed to attack the opponent. In Rurouni Kenshin, there are many forms of Battoujutsu. As for this character, I got my inspiration for him from Shinomori Aoshi, who is like the coolest character in Rurouni Kenshin. He isn't Aoshi, though, just similar in more ways than one (try to guess what they are).
