This is a version of a character for an RPG (an actual pen and paper RPG, not a video game -- we were using GURPS, btw) that I played a while ago. His name (Bai Long) means 'White Dragon'. This is the actual character that I had in mind when I created the RPG character.

This one could control the 5 elements of the On'Myou (Fire, Water, Tree, Earth, Metal), but the character for the RPG, due to point limitations could only control fire (and initially that was only the ability to shoot fireballs out of the symbol on his forehead). Oh, and the version in the game had a couple of hookswords rather than this one's single katana-like sword.
